Production: Fermentation of the hand harvested grapes occurs at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Grapes are cold soaked for 30 days, in order to impart maximum color and flavor extraction from the skins. The wine is aged in barrique for 12 months followed by additional time in bottles for 6 months before release.
Appearance: Opaque garnet
Nose: Earthy aromas with red fruits and black pepper.
Taste: Juicy plum and cherry medium bodied wine with herbal hints of oregano.

Production: Hand harvested grapes are gently pressed. After a maceration at low temperature, fermentation takes place in thermo controlled stainless steel tanks. Bàcco matures in a combination of stainless steel and oak barriques for a minimum of 9 months.

Taste: Smooth and elegant palate of red berries, spice and black pepper delivered by this full bodied wine.

Production: The grapes are hand picked, thermo controlled fermentation takes a few days to extract all the polyphenolic potential of the grapes. Malolactic fermentation and the subsequent maturation takes place in a combination of stainless steel tanks (70% of the mass) and barriques (30% of the mass) for approximately 10 months before blending the two parts.
Appearance: Ruby red with violet reflections.
Nose: Rich bouquet of Amarena cherry with hints of mint
Taste: Generous flavors of red fruit, raspberry and strawberry with floral and spicy notes and a smooth long finish.
