Production: Hand harvested Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi grapes are softly and quickly pressed to obtain 40% of must. The fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine ages in steel basins on noble wine lees for approximately 14 months.
Appearance: Pale yellow and light bodied.
Nose: Peachy sweet aromas.
Taste: Ripe peach and stone fruit, notes of lemon zest with a mineral finish.
Gastronomy: A light bodied wine best served with proscuitto, pizza, quiche and egg dishes. Perfect Sunday Brunch wine!

Production: Grapes are hand harvested in the first half of September and softly pressed followed by controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel for a minimum of 6 months. The wine is allowed to rest in bottles before release.

Nose: Floral scents of orange blossom and herbal acacia.
Taste: Delicate citrus and crisp green apples. Herbal, fresh finish.
Gastronomy: Salads and soft cheeses. Fish and herbed chicken dishes.
