Grape Varieties: 80% Chardonnay + 20% Pinot Bianco.
Production: Hand harvested grapes are soft pressed. Controlled temperature first fermentation 16-18° C in cement vats. Minimum of 24 months sur lei before disgorgement and allowed to rest 3 months before being released for sale.
Appearance: Straw yellow, glints of gold.
Nose: Delicate floral notes with baked bread and golden apple.
Taste: Attack is balanced with medium persistence. Fresh citrus fruit is accompanied by perfect acidity.
Gastronomy: As with most brut sparkling this wine goes well with almost anything. Including soft cheese, shellfish or a regional dish like Chicken or Risotto Milano.

Grape Variety: 100% Verdicchio
Production: Hand harvested Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi grapes are softly pressed. Permitting 40% of must. The fermentation occurs at controlled temperature of 16°C and the tirage occurs the following year. The wine is aged on noble lees for 40 months and it is not released for sale until 6 months after the degorgement and addition of the liqueur d'expedition.
Appearance: Pale yellow with persistent and fine bubbles.
Nose: Peach cobbler aromas.
Taste: Light peach and lemon notes with a mineral finish.
Gastronomy: Best served as an aperitif or on a warm day with Proscuitto, soft cheeses, quiche and egg dishes.

Production: Only hand harvested low yield grapes from the old vines (30 years) of MIRABELLA vineyard Paderno Franciacorta are used. The cuvée is aged for no less than 55 months for a bouquet of great intensity and persistence. Disgorged and left to rest for another 6 months before release.
Appearance: Light gold, with persistent streams of bubbles.
Nose: Intense notes of freshly baked bread and yeast blended with ripe tree fruits and sweet flowers.
Flavour: Attack is balanced with flavors of pear and citrus zest with a crisp dry finish.
Gastronomy: This extra brut sparkling pairs beautifully with fatty dishes, soft cheese and pastry based desserts.

Production: Selection of golden, sun-kissed bunches from 18 year-old vines which are delicately pressed. Select yeasts are used during controlled temperature first fermentation. 10% of Franciacorta basic wine is aged in barriques. The wines are bottled and aged for 36 months and allowed to rest for 3 months before being released for sale.
Appearance: Intense gold.
Nose: Delicate and intense with a prevailing sensation of honey, banana and yeast enhanced by fragrant vanilla.
Taste: Smooth and round, hence the name SATÈN. Pleasantly persistent with a blend of complementary floral aromas, honey and exotic fruits intermingle with underlying salinity.
Gastronomy: A perfect wine for a meal that classically pairs with oysters, clams and fish.
