Production: The three varieties are harvested by hand at various times; Pinot Noir is kept on the vine in order to obtain a sophisticated colour and more significant fragrance. The grapes are soft pressed, Pinot Noir allowed to remain on skins for 24 hours to achieve the right blush. Controlled temperature first fermentation in cement vats. Bottled and aged for a minimum of 36 months.

Appearance: Blush pink color with glints of copper, persistent perlage.

Nose: Rich and full with typical fragrance of fresh pastry, wild berries and hints of vanilla.

Taste: Rich and round on the palate, with red berries.

Production: Selection of golden, sun-kissed bunches from 18 year-old vines which are delicately pressed. Production: The grapes are hand picked, thermo controlled fermentation takes a few days to extract all the polyphenolic potential of the grapes.
