LOOK: Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
SMELL: Good aromatic intensity. Fruity aromas (green apple and fresh herbs like fennel) combined with notes of white flowers and citrus.
TASTE: The palate is very nice, fresh, tasty with good persistence and a long finish.
GASTRONOMY: Recommended for drinking on its own at any time, as an aperitif and with all kinds of food. Serve at 5-6ºC.

SMELL: It has a complex aroma with elegant notes of green apple, white flowers and citrus combined with a hint of almond.
TASTE: Well balanced acidity, long dry finish of pear and apricot.
GASTRONOMY: As an aperitif, and with most foods, it’s palate cleansing effect makes it a versatile choice.

LOOK: Very pale cherry pink.
SMELL: On the nose aromas of red fruits like cherries, strawberries, also notable floral aromas.
TASTE: The palate is intense, fresh, large and persistent with hints of red fruits. Very fresh and lingering finish with hints of strawberry and raspberry.
GASTRONOMY: On it’s own as an aperitif, or with most foods, as it’s depth of flavor and acidity makes a nice companion to many dishes.
